H is for Half-Measures

More specifically, this whole glass half-full, half-empty discussion, which always makes me think … what’s in the glass? Should we dust for fingerprints? Is that crystal? Nice ring to it. The crystal, not the table. Please use a coaster next time. That sort of thing.

So I am hopeless at the Big Questions and distracted by everything else. It’s entertaining but also exhausting. A balancing act that is as delicate as a … hmmm. I remember the first time that I saw someone walking on a wire. A circus, somewhere in Germany. Shortly before my life changed forever.
